CAN someone answer questions about what is happening to our Citizens Advice Bureau.

What on earth has happened since the beginning of September, on arrival I found the Bureau was closed with a notice telling clients to go either to Penarth or Llantwit, not everyone has transport to enable them to do this.

People could not even get through on the phone to their local office, extremely frustrating for anyone with ongoing problems.

Whilst we accept that re-organisation is taking place, could not the departure of so many long-serving and experienced voluntary advisors have been staggered, so as to continue the excellent service previously provided to the people of Barry.
