Fireworks

AS we approach yet another time of the annual fireworks explosions and also being aware that so often throughout the year there will be the occasional outbreak, may enquire what conditions must be adopted by those who store them from one big occasion to the next?

Do they have to be kept warm/cool, dry or not so dry and what dangers do those run by keeping them in household premises? Or do they have to be licensed? Do the police have to be told?
