Disgrace

THE GOVERNMENT has decided to house nurses in the South East in disused army barracks and other defence properties.

Meanwhile, asylum seekers many of whom have had their applications rejected are put up free of charge in hotels, with all mod cons, and in converted properties similar to Sully Hospital.

It is a national disgrace that our nurses are treated as second class citizens, while economic migrants are treated like royalty. It's time we got our priorities right.
