I want, through the medium of your newspaper, to complain about Barry Hospital on Colcot Road.

Recently my son had an accident at a local park. It resulted in a hospital visit and the doctor confirmed he had broken his arm. I was told he needed to go to the Heath hospital in

Cardiff for an X-Ray. I asked for a sling to strap his arm for the journey the doctor then told me they didn't have a sling for his arm.

I had a first aid kit in my car and gave it to the doctor. I think it is appalling that I had to use my own first aid kit in a hospital when you would expect them to be equipped with a basic kit for such incidents.
