Dirty town

ODE to the Vale of Glamorgan. We think the council of Barry town. Has let everybody down. The streets are dirty.

Now is the time to work the main objectives out. You have the amenities there is no doubt. Our seaside resort is one of the best. It's a pity it cannot be said wonderful for the rest.
