Disgusted

WITH reference to the article in this week's local paper (Barry & District News, July 11, 2002, The Memo: Hall's new name is unforgivable). I and many more are in full agreement with Joan Lake about the renaming of the Memorial Hall and disgusted with the notice that was put up.

I know we always affectionately refer to it as the Memo but we remember why it is a Memorial Hall.

A memo is something to remind you, but we do not need to be reminded of the reason why the hall being built.
