Had a ball

THE MAYOR of Barry, Cllr Margaret Wilkinson, would like to take this opportunity to thank the many local businesses and individuals that supported the annual charity ball held in the Memorial Hall on Friday, April 19.

The evening was a great success for the Mayor's chosen charities, due to the support of many local businesses, namely:

Morrisons Supermarket, GH Stationers (who provided the decorations for the evening), Bovis Homes, Dan Evans (Barry) and Paul Gentile Jewellers.

The Mayor would like to thank Cllrs Dennys Tooze and Margaret Kirby for their support of all the fund-raising events held during the Mayor's year in office.
