I AND many more people, not only locals, would not want the Cold Knap swimming pool to be filled in and built on.

It would make a wonderful leisure centre, and if it could be covered, could be used all the year round. I am sure it would soon pay for itself.

It was such a lovely place and so safe for children who could be watched all the time and soon learn to swim. I did this myself 70 years ago.
