Ideal spot

I AND my family used the Knap Lido for many years, and were bitterly disappointed when it closed its gates a few years back.

My daughter is severely handicapped and it was an ideal day out for her and my family to enjoy together and also to meet up with other families.

Places to take disabled people are few and far between in the town. In the summer people visit the beaches but they are inaccessible to wheelchair users whereas the pool was a perfect environment for us all.

Please restore our pool to its former glory and give everyone the chance to use its excellent facilities.
