Shameful

MY COMPLAINT is with the Vale of Glamorgan Council. The leader is always in papers, smiling. I can't think why - he should hang his head in shame at the disgrace Barry has become.

At any ground he doesn't like, he decides he wants a car park - I can't think why he hasn't a uniform to collect money .

At the Island camp there are now houses plus another new scheme on its way - more fun for guess-who to smile about?

What Barry town needs is toilets. They are a priority for people. Dan Evans had to shut the men's toilets to carry out repairs, I understand. Now the Ladies' has a payment scheme. Customers are not happy with this.

But if the council did its job we would have council toilets in the town - let's be honest, the ones behind Town Hall are useless.

As a tax payer I can't see why the Civic Office doesn't allow toilets on its ground floor to open for people to use - after all, we do pay council tax. How much longer do we have to suffer this awful council? We should be Barry, not Vale.

I used to be proud to live in Barry, but not now.
