CHARLTON Maureen Patricia 1943 - 2017 Barry, Catherine, Jessica, David and Louis wish to thank all friends and family for their love and support at this sad time. Thanks also to Susan Lawford who led the celebration of Maureen's life and to A.G. Adams, Funeralcare, for their sensitive ministrations. Many thanks must also go to the staff at Baltimore Residential Home who looked after Maureen so kindly and to the Staff on Ward E6 at Llandough Hospital who looked after Maureen in her final days. Generous donations were in support of the Alzheimer's Society.
