CHADWICK Lyn "Chad" Passed away peacefully on 16th August 2018 at Llandough Hospital. Beloved husband of Vivienne loving father to Elana and devoted Grandad to Isabella and Zachary. Will be loved and missed by all his family and friends. Service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium Port Road East Barry on Tuesday 28th August at 11am. No flowers please.
