SLADE Peacefully on 25 December at U.H.W. Cardiff Anthony William (Sladey) aged 74 Years of Barry. Husband of the late Margaret Rose. A loved father of Christopher, Karen and Lisa. Loved father in law and cherished Grampy. Sladey will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. Resting at A G Adams & Son Funeralcare Gladstone Road Barry where flowers may be sent or donations may be handed to the funeral director after the funeral for British Heart Foundation (B.H.F.) Funeral service in the chapel on Thursday 25 January aT 12-00 Noon afterwards cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium Port Road East Barry.
