THOMAS Grace Peacefully on June 26th at Llandough Hospital Grace, Beloved wife of the late Ivor, dearly loved mother of Rhys and Chris, dear mother in law of Lynne and Julie, a much loved nan, great- nan and great- great nan of Mark and Nat, Ceri and Craig, Victoria and Gareth, Mark, Aaron, Becci, Demi, Maddie, Elena, Ethan, Elodie and baby Oscar. Resting at A.G. Adams & son, Tynewydd Funeral Home, Gladstone Road, Barry until her Funeral Service and committal at the Cardiff & Glamorgan crematorium Barry on Wednesday July 20th at 1.00.p.m. Family flowers only but donations in lieu of flowers to West 4 Ward at Llandough Hospital can be given to the Funeral Director at the service.
